Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience while supporting all store-level tasks. The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and following safety and store policies.

You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, manage cash and lottery levels, replenish stock, assist with vendor check-ins, and complete housekeeping and merchandising projects as directed by management. Flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping, replenish stock, and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors following guidelines.
• Perform gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Support GSA new hire onboarding and training.
