Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while supporting store-level tasks. You will greet guests, assist with shopping, operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, and ensure product replenishment meets in-stock goals.

We emphasize safety, quality, and community values. The role requires flexibility for day/evening shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
