Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college coursework in banking, finance or related area preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be familiar with, and able to operate, computers and printers.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 lb coin bags.

Responsibilities

• Balances assigned bank accurately and held accountable for variances.
• Ensures cash and non-cash asset protection for Red Hawk Casino.
• Cashes chips, tickets and gaming tokens for guests in a courteous, timely manner.
• Prepares and processes tax documents and withholding, ensuring correct tax rate is applied.
• Pays out large jackpots and handles marker issuance and buy-back transactions.
• Counts and balances chips and prepares chip fills for Table Games.
• Assists guests with enrolling in check cashing and Red Hawk line of credit; processes cash advances.
• Maintains records of Main Bank activities and reconciles balances with AR aging reports.
