Job summary

Global Partners LP in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while supporting daily store operations.

You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the point of sale, follow safety and quality policies, perform housekeeping, stock replenishment, and communicate guest or vendor requests to management. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work outdoors/in varying temperatures.
• Able to climb ladders and reach/crouch as needed.
• Able to count, read, and write for required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
