Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an Admissions Associate to warmly greet guests at park entry and guide them on tickets, passes, and attractions. You’ll resolve questions and help ensure a fun, safe visit.

Responsibilities include initiating conversations with guests, maintaining eye contact, and handling concerns with courtesy. Perks include paid training, free uniforms, free park admission, and employee events.

• Explain various ticket and season pass purchase options and policies.
• Assist with resolving guest conflicts in a polite and professional manner.
• Take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and complaints.
• Service guests by using a touchscreen computer to sell park admission and other add-on products.
