Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to ensure guests have the best day ever by listening to feedback, resolving issues, and answering questions about the park.

You will assist with conflicts, provide exceptional service, troubleshoot interruptions, and become knowledgeable about Cedar Point’s accessibility services for guests with disabilities. Lost and Found duties are included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates friendly guest service and the ability to handle concerns professionally.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and respectful interactions with guests.
