Applegreen USA is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly service at our travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will handle cash, operate the POS, stock and keep the kitchen area clean while helping guests with their food options.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and follow brand standards and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
• Prepare and serve quality food items
• Clean, stock and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Cross-sell and upsell products
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
