Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations.
• Process cash handling, credit card and room charges in line with policies.
• Operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Maintain professional attitude and effective listening and communication.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and seat guests using the TMS system.
• Inform guests about features, promotions and menu items; answer questions.
• Address guest concerns and inform the Manager when needed.
• Assist team by delivering food and beverages, pre-bussing and refills.
• Set up and maintain server assistant stand and front lobby area.
• Answer phones and help with guest questions in a friendly manner.
• Deliver drinks and food to guests as needed; ensure accuracy of orders.
• Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards.
• Manage takeout orders and check order accuracy.
• Ensure guests receive a friendly farewell and solicit feedback.
• Monitor tables and maintain clean, occupied, and clean tables.
• Accommodate guest needs and requests; maintain a clean area.
• Other duties as assigned.
