Dash In Newark is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. You will assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in operations or retail, and 2+ years of leadership. A ServSafe certification is a plus, and the role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Guest Experience Assistant Manager – Dash In

Location: 1110 S College Ave, Newark, DE
Status:Full-time 30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible
Schedule:24/7 retail environment (days, nights, weekends, overnights)

What you’ll do

• Team Management:Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Inventory Management:Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
• Brand Standards:Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
• Operational Leadership:Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
• Communication:Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Audit & Inspection Readiness:Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
• Performance Results:Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Active ServSafe certification.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven and adaptable mindset.
