Club Quarters invites a Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Desk team in Washington, DC. This role focuses on greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out with warmth, and building lasting connections, while upholding our standards across operations.

You will drive a seamless guest journey, resolve issues calmly, and collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Punctuality, reliability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, ensure smooth check-in, deliver exceptional check-out, build rapport, resolve inquiries promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards, follow brand and SOPs, contribute to innovative guest experiences, support departmental objectives.
• Team & Culture Partnership: Maintain consistent service across shifts and ensure clear internal communication.
