Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sales background preferred.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must adapt quickly to new software.
• Must be dependable and work weekends, nights or holidays as needed.
• Must integrate company values throughout interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a storyteller and educator to describe the resort to guests.
• Connect with guests to understand what brings them joy.
• Reserve activity and dining requests for guests.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Answer telephone calls and emails professionally.
• Log guest requests and follow up promptly.
• Maintain strong computer literacy and communication.
