This entry-level guest-experience role offers an opportunity to grow into service-advisor and related positions within a high-volume Toyota service environment serving Snohomish County. Salary $18–$20/hour.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or front desk strongly preferred.
• Must stay calm and welcoming when the drive is busy.
• Clear and professional communication for quick information.
• Reliable with consistent greeter coverage from open to close.

Responsibilities

• Welcome service guests as they arrive and acknowledge vehicle.
• Gather initial information and transition guests to the service advisor.
• Manage drive traffic flow during peak hours.
• Communicate wait times and delays clearly and proactively.
• Assist guests with questions about service process, loaners, or shuttle.
• Maintain a guest-ready reception area and drive entrance.
