Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our Operations Team in Los Angeles. You’ll be the first point of contact at the front desk, providing administrative support, assisting visitors, distributing mail/packages, and helping run the office smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at front desk; enforce NDA/badge/camera rules.
• Notify employees/HR of freelancers/visitors arrivals.
• Create and manage temporary badges for staff, contractors, visitors.
• Answer and transfer calls to designated staff.
• Maintain visitor logs with accurate dates.
• Manage front desk and keep reception tidy and stocked.
• Ensure computer monitors are on/off at shift start/end.
• Oversee parking list records and tags.
• Manage packages: deliveries, logs, and recipients.
• Coordinate weekly agency communications with updates.
• Receive, sort, and forward mail; coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Open/close visitor area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our Operations Team. Someone who will act as the first point of contact at the front desk where they will offer administrative support, provide general assistance to visitors, distribute mail/packages and assist the Office Services in associated tasks of running the office andgenerally direct traffic through our doors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Security for guests: NDA’s, badges & cell phone camera restrictions.
• Be the point of contact to notify employees/HR when freelancers/visitors arrive
• Create, administer, and manage temporary badges for employees, new hires, freelance and approved visitors
• Answer + transfer phone calls to the designated individuals
• Ensure dates are recorded for accuracy in visitor logs
• Manage front desk, keep reception area and other designated spaces tidy and stocked with necessary supplies
• Ensure monitors for computers are turned on/off at start and end of shift
• Oversee parking list records and tags
• Manage deliveries, package log & email recipients for packages
• Organize weekly communications to agency to include updates/.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; coordinates the pickup and delivery of packages and mail.
• Opens and closes visitor area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
