Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, resolve issues, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring quick, friendly service at the checkout and throughout the store. You will help guests with orders, returns, and product information, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Assist guests with finding items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End each interaction with a thank you and offer help with returns or exchanges.
• Support other team members and maintain a positive attitude.
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features, loyalty benefits and promos.
• Stock and maintain a clean, safe store environment during shifts.
• Assist with checkout operations and support various order pickup options.
