Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests, learn store services, and promote loyalty programs. You will engage with guests across in-store and digital channels, answer questions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a safe, clean work environment. Training will cover products, services, and how to guide guests to use the Target App and Drive Up features.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, and assist with needs.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty programs and benefits.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety.
• Support other team members and maintain a positive attitude.
• Direct guests to order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering.
• Comply with all safety policies and store procedures.
