Responsibilities

• Greets every customer with high hospitality.
• Greets team members and supports their successful day.
• Relays concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current.
• Leads weekly promotions and guest programs.
• Shares best practices and recognizes coworkers.
• Explains daily menu items clearly to customers.
• Assists in buying/decision-making by communicating with customers.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
