Rapport Guest Services is hiring a Guest Experience Ambassador for the Accenture NYC site. The Welcome Host will be the first point of contact, greet VIP guests, and coordinate arrivals and directions within the office environment.

Role focuses on delivering warm hospitality, facilitating workspace reservations, and providing information about local services and transportation to enhance the visitor experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and visitors at the reception, providing a professional first impression.
• Provide end-to-end hospitality during arrival, stay, and departure of guests.
• Assist with workspace reservations using online tools to optimize space use.
• Ensure guests have proper visitor badges and access.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area daily.
• Learn and share information about the office, building, transportation, and local points of interest.
• Respond to inquiries via multiple channels of communication.

Job Summary

Welcome Host is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. Located at a reception desk, the Welcome Host will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office, making them feel comfortable, directing them to their appointments and meetings, and assisting them during their visit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a positive attitude and sense of hospitality. Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests.


• Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests to ensure they are delighted and satisfied during their arrival, throughout their stay, and as they depart.


• Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize utilization.


• Follow all access procedures and ensure guests have proper visitor badges.


• Work closely with other departments to ensure high quality experience for all guests.


• Prepare and maintain the reception area daily to ensure a welcoming environment.


• Learn and provide information about the office, building, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.


• Respond to inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
