Rapport Guest Services in the United States is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador in Dallas to warmly welcome visitors and guide them to appointments. You will be the first point of contact in reception and public areas, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for clients, executives and staff.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while supporting guest services and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in client service/reception in hospitality or corporate environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Comfortable interacting with visitors in a public environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact throughout the interaction.
• Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests.
• Ensure the guest is delighted and satisfied during arrival, stay and farewell.
• Assist with space reservations and wayfinding using online tools.
• Direct guests to appropriate resources and manage coats/li luggage.
• Maintain visitor lists and visitor badges following security procedures.

Job Summary

The Welcome Host is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times. Located on reception floor, and all public areas, the Guest Experience Ambassador will be the first point of contact for visitors to the area, making them feel comfortable, directing them to their appointments and meetings and assisting them during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support
• Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction.
• Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests
• Ensure the guest was delighted and satisfied during the arrival, throughout the stay and during a fond farewell.
• Ensure daily optimal workspace occupancy and assist in making day of space reservations using an online tool
• Assist with guest services and support, including directing guests to the appropriate resource, wayfinding, checking guest coats and luggage, etc
• Handle daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding
• Maintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process for employees and visitors. Follow all security procedures and ensure visitors have visitor badges and name tags

Qualifications:

• A high school graduate, with some college preferred
• Two to three years’ experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously
• Comfortable interacting with visitors in a public environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
