Related Hudson Yards is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors across Hudson Yards. You’ll greet people, offer assistance, and connect them to events, dining, transportation, and services, stationed in lobbies, plazas, or near shops.

The role emphasizes warm, professional service, tech fluency with CRM tools, and collaboration with security, operations, and cleaning teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, service, or sales.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using tech and CRM tools.
• Flexible schedule, able to work outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Provide directions, book reservations, and arrange transportation
• Anticipate needs and share information about Hudson Yards
• Track customer preferences and share feedback with the team
• Support events, promote services, and ensure property upkeep
• Collaborate with security, operations, and cleaning teams
