Position Title: Guest Experience Ambassador MGX NYC

Salary: $65,000-$66,500

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with genuine warmth, professionalism and efficiency ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for
• Manage visitor access, registration, and badging in accordance with office protocols
• Operate and manage the switchboard, handling incoming calls and inquiries promptly and accurately
• Coordinate mail, courier services, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and client‑ready reception area at all times
• Serve as a central point of communication for front‑of‑house activities
• Support meeting logistics, visitor coordination, and day‑to‑day office operations
• Uphold MGX and Rapport brand standards through professional appearance, demeanor, and service delivery

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
