Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, and maintain a clean, stocked store while following safety and security procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and indoor/outdoor work. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer functions required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Work in varying temperatures (outdoors and coolers).
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs and navigate stairs/ladders.
• Access all store areas and complete paperwork as needed.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Handle store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
