Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR in Boise, ID. The role involves greeting guests, offering samples, leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs, and supporting daily hospitality operations. Four 10-hour shifts, night schedule from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Previous hospitality and customer service experience is preferred, with opportunities to participate in wellness and culinary programs and promotions.

• Previous hospitality and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and interact to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensure that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them to customers.
• Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by assisting in buying/decision-making.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
