Eurest USA is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador in Florence, KY. The role centers on greeting guests, supporting marketing and wellness programs, and delivering outstanding hospitality. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Experience in food service or retail is preferred, with training available. The position emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and accurate menu explanations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and maintain a high level of hospitality.
Assist team members to ensure daily success.
Relay customer concerns to supervisors.
Keep marketing, wellness and culinary programs current.
Lead weekly promotions and guest programs.
Explain daily menu items accurately to customers.
Support selling techniques and assist in buying decisions.
Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
