Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and provide high hospitality.
• Greet team members and ensure they have what they need.
• Relay customer concerns to supervisors.
• Keep marketing, wellness and culinary programs current.
• Lead weekly promotions and guest programs.
• Share best practices and recognize coworkers.
• Explain daily menu items accurately to customers.
• Support selling techniques and assist in buying decisions.
• Ensure display foods are merchandised attractively.
• perform other duties as assigned.
