Eurest in Phoenix (Delta PHX) is seeking a Customer Ambassador to welcome guests, offer samples, and drive guest-facing marketing and wellness programs in a hospitality setting. You will support teamwork and ensure a warm, engaging experience for every visitor.

The role is full-time with weekends and holidays required. Prior customer service experience is essential; lifting up to 50 pounds is expected. Pay is $19.09 per hour, with weekly pay and free parking; a broad benefits package is included.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
