Job summary

Hilton in Orlando is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide local information. You will assist with payments, operate the POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

In this role you’ll uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards, upsell hotel services, and respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during check-in/check-out

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete smooth check-in/check-out with keys and welcome materials
• Process check-outs including charges, payments and receipts using the POS system
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency
