Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee City Center in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated part-time Cafe Server to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. You will greet guests, input orders, deliver meals with condiments, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Prior hospitality or cash handling experience is preferred, and English proficiency is required; shifts include mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to maintain service and departmental standards.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service etiquette.
• Proficient in English for menu comprehension and guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
• Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments.
• Maintain self-banking procedures and perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
