Qualifications

• Should be able to speak, read, write and understand primary workplace language.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Promptly respond to and resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain a house bank and report daily receipts.
• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
