Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Front Desk Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn in Redondo Beach, CA. You will lead a dynamic front desk team, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You’ll partner with Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to craft a seamless guest journey, train staff, manage schedules and payroll, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Front Desk or front office team in a full-service hotel.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on, service-first approach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy with hotel systems.
