Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP is seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Residence Inn Cleveland Independence, OH. You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-ins/outs and requests with courtesy to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, directing guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments. Benefits include extensive insurance, paid time off, 401(k), voluntary benefits, life enrichment options, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds; may require evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient, error-free check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate with other departments to handle guest requests quickly.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities with directions and resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transfers, messages, and reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
