Qualifikationen

• Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 1 year hospitality experience as front desk agent or guest service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Welcome, register, check-in, and check-out guests, provide keys and room numbers, and record payment information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records.
• Handle guest complaints when necessary.
• Respond to calls and inquiries about room rates, availability, amenities, and rewards programs.
