Job summary

Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a Reservations Specialist to handle guest inquiries and reservations across multiple channels within the casino’s Contact Center. This on-site role requires a calm, courteous demeanor and strong product knowledge.

You will respond to requests for hotel, dining, promotions, entertainment and poker room reservations, and enter bookings in the property system while supporting marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Ability to use multiple software packages.

Responsibilities

• Handles guest service inquiries across letters, phone, email, social media, web, surveys and chat.
• Responds to guest requests for hotel, dining, promotions, entertainment and poker room reservations, and enters bookings in the property system.
• Seeks to maintain high level of guest service while achieving department goals.
