Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach, a boutique hotel in South Beach, seeks a Guest Service Agent for 100% on-site work in Miami Beach, FL. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, reservations, and local recommendations to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates bring front desk or guest service experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. English is required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
• Handle reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with exceptional service
• Share local recommendations for attractions, dining, transport, and amenities
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and other departments
• Maintain guest records in the Property Management System
• Follow cash-handling procedures and security protocols
• Help create memorable guest experiences to encourage repeat visits
