Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash handling ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Complete registration in the computer system and verify guest details, room rate, and guest count.
• Code and issue electronic room keys; provide welcome folders and key materials as needed.
• Verify credit cards for authorization and handle payments, vouchers, and currency exchanges.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance house banks; manage daily financials.
• Answer phones promptly with clear communication and relay messages to guests.
• Assist with check-out, confirm guest satisfaction, and negotiate any necessary adjustments.
• Support lobby and coffee bars during peak periods and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other related duties as assigned.
