Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with a welcoming experience across checklanes, returns, and services. You will engage customers, demonstrate knowledge of Target’s offerings, and drive loyalty sign-ups, all while maintaining store standards and a helpful attitude.

Scheduling varies by shift and store needs. As an On‑Demand TM, you create your own schedule via the myTime app, with expectations of reliable attendance and at least some shifts each month.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and deliver excellent guest service.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
• Willingness to pick up shifts through the myTime scheduling app.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest interactions and resolve guest needs.
• Assist guests with checkout, returns, and service questions.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and digital tools to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during shifts.
