Target in-store On-Demand Team Member role offers a flexible schedule with the ability to pick shifts via the myTime app. As a Guest Advocate, you will welcome guests, assist with purchases, and resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of service.

You will be responsible for accurate cash handling, using handheld scanners, and promoting Target Loyalty programs. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and guest satisfaction across store operations.
