Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences and store operations. You will work with guests to provide friendly, efficient service across checklanes, guest services, and drive-up while learning the features of Target’s services and loyalty programs.

The role offers flexible shift options through the myTime scheduling app. You will be expected to respond promptly to scheduling needs, attend orientation, and commit to a schedule that supports store

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest interaction skills are essential.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with team members and leadership.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by providing friendly, efficient service at checklanes, guest services, and drive-up areas.
• Learn and explain Target’s services, loyalty programs, and mobile app features to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Respond to guest questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work shifts that fit with business needs.
