Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, offering warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns; follow policies.
