Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service in-store. You will greet guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role offers a flexible, on-demand schedule with shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app. Comfort with cash handling and using scanners is expected, and the position includes training and entry-level compensation starting at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills are essential.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, physically active work environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for long periods and occasional lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests locate products and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth shopping trip.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately at the register area.
• Promote Target services and benefits to guests and assist with sign-ups.
