As a Guest Advocate, you’ll greet guests, help them find items, operate the POS, and assist with returns and order pickup while promoting loyalty programs. Reliability and clear communication are essential in this fast-paced retail role.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide help.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance to locate items and resolve issues.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with returns and drive-up/order pick up processes.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and services.
