Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule where you can create your own shifts by picking up posts through the myTime app.

You will engage guests, provide friendly service, and help with checkout and store services to ensure a positive guest experience. You will be trained for success and supported by leaders as you grow within our guest services team.

• Engage with guests to assist with their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about total store tools, products, and services.
• Thank guests and promote Target loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Inform guests about brand launches and store activities.
• Explain Wallet and Target App features to guests.
• Assist with order pickup, Drive Up, and registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and be available for guests.
