Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests find what they need and create a quick, friendly shopping experience. You will engage with guests and support store operations while adapting to business needs and shift availability.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, reliable, and able to communicate clearly. You’ll train and use the Target app to pick up shifts and maintain high guest-service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful guest interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote Target services, loyalty programs, and digital features.
• Operate checkout and assist with returns while following store policies.
