Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate/On-Demand TM to welcome and assist guests, enhancing their shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help with returns and orders while maintaining safety and store standards.

Role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and peak times. Training will be provided to ensure readiness for daily duties.
