Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and assisting guests across store and digital channels.
• Ability to interpret promos, loyalty programs, and store apps to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience; assist with finding items and resolving issues.
• Help guests with returns/exchanges and guide them through store processes.
• Maintain a clean work area and support team members during shifts.
• Demonstrate safety compliance and friendly, efficient service at the checkout.
