Job summary

Target On-Demand Team Members provide guest-focused service across store operations. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and guide them through loyalty programs while maintaining the store’s cleanliness and product availability.

The role emphasizes flexibility to pick up shifts, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to support busy periods and peak times. Training is provided to ensure readiness for varied duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient guest service at the checklanes, phones, and service desks.
• Assist guests with product information, loyalty programs, and store services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product availability while working with teammates.
• Operate handheld scanners and POS equipment to complete transactions.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups as needed.
• Support OPU/Drive Up orders and returns following policies.
