Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide product information.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Thank guests and promote loyalty programs and services.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty benefits and Wallet usage.
• Assist with returns and follow prompts to resolve guest concerns.
• Collaborate with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experience.
• Support Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and other guest services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
