Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest service.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment.
• Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and the Target App.
• Handle returns and follow register prompts, collaborating with leaders as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per policies.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
