Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to join our Guest Advocate team. You will create a friendly, efficient shopping experience by assisting guests, answering questions, and guiding them to products, services and the Target App.

As an On-Demand TM, you pick up shifts posted by leaders or teammates through the myTime app, with a minimum commitment of four hours every four weeks. You’ll attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training schedule so you are prepared to help guests

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and assisting customers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to stay flexible with shifting schedules and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience.
• Greet and assist guests with questions, directions, and product information.
• Help guests using store services and promotions such as Wallet, Target App, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with checkout tasks as needed.
• Support store operations including drive-up, pick-up, and returns while following policies.
