Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiate a warm interaction; help guests find what they need and resolve issues; end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you; support peers while maintaining a positive attitude; adapt to guest needs to deliver easy and inspiring experiences; promote and explain Target loyalty programs; know and guide use of Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; handle returns or exchanges per policy; maintain a clean, safe workspace; stock supplies during open hours; comply with safety policies.
