Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, helpful interaction.
• Assist guests with locating items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support checkout, returns and order pickup or drive-up services.
• Explain Target benefits and loyalty programs and assist with sign‑up as needed.
• Keep work area clean and stocked during shifts.
